A lot of Glasgow history but also for those who don't usually visit transport museums. I loved the shops with old furniture and fittings and that it was all hands on. Great walk along the waterfront back to the city as well.

Had a great day out with the family kids loved it and a bit of nostalgia for us parents. The fact that this is free entry is unbelievable however parking isn’t free but still superb value if all you pay for is the Parking.

Love taking my sons here. Usually go with friends also. Always lots to see and do. Only ask for a donation which is fantastic considering how much work goes into making the place a great experience for the whole family.

It is very disabled friendly and actually hires out wheelchairs if needed. There are purpose built lifts to train footplates and a lift to the upper floor. You can see the same places as everyone else without a single step... More

The museum is accessible for a pushchair . I don't remember a cloakroom, but you could just take it round with you
