Needed a place to check my luggage for a couple of hours before I could check into my hotel. I was able to check my luggage for £4 for the day, the staff were very kind and helpful, and gave me some tips about Belfast....More
Staff at the welcome center were very helpful, we needed to figure out transportation to the airport for a very early flight. They got our route figured out, gave us the bus schedule and a walking map of Belfast and got us out the door...More
The Welcome Centre has moved to its present location since our last visit to Belfast. It is now very visible in Donegall Square, very welcoming with a bright facade and well worth a visit. There is an interactive information point just inside the front door...More

A good port of call for both verbal and written information about where to go and what to do in Belfast. The member of staff that I spoke to was particularly helpful in directions to get to the Titanic Experience.

This service is generally best done over the counter at the welcome centre. I do not believe they guarantee a phone booking service as the issues involved in booking are complicated. You will get a friendly and efficient service at the Centre and the phone would be useful for small specific questions but booking is best done by visiting. Keep in mind the centre is acting as a 3rd party for many tourism firms so the booking process best done face to face with the centre staff.
