The food is simply great. Everything is well prepared and consistent with quality. Almost everything is made fresh in the kitchen and the price is well worth it, especially for the serving size given. Would definitely recommend!

This traditional indoor market is big with a wide variety of shops and stalls. It has that timeless feel and is great to just wander around taking in the sights and smells. You must find the stall baking fresh Welsh cakes and buy a bag...More

Covered, large historic market with something for everyone including fresh meats, fish and vegetables, cakes, bread and a variety of other stalls. Fabulous market atmosphere and friendly service. Well with a visit!

I’ve shopped in the Kasbah many many times usually buying the jewellery, particularly the rings. I have most certainly spent a small fortune in here over quite some time. I’ve even spent up to 90 pounds on a particular item which fell apart almost instantly....More

We love Swansea market because there are really different souvenir stalls. But the real reason to shop here is the abundance of local shell fish, fish, meat and it's one of the few places you can buy laverbread, the delicacy that is cooked seaweed -...More

We visited on a Wednesday morning. Quite a few of the stalls were not open. They had good looking seafood and veggies if you lived locally. There were a couple of stalls serving prepared food. Perhaps on the weekends it is a lot better but,...More

It’s a place to be! Authentic welsh bakery, butchers and fishmongers to be found inside, also some good fruit and veggies. Very interesting stalls and shops to visit as well, not very expensive either! A must go, especially since it’s in the city centre and...More

Great market with a bit of everything. We spent most of our time at the traditional sweet shop stall - where it’s all sold by weight from glass jars.
