a lovely arcade in Cardiff there isn't much apart from offices and a instrument maker upstairs so that area is a bit wasted and isn't worth a visit, but otherwise downstairs has some nice cafes and a some good shops to visit. the architecture is...More

I just loved the arcades in this town. You get the feel of street shopping with out getting rained on. There was a nice little cafe. Just a really neat place to see if anything.

Hi Kathy so sorry for the delay, sadly there are no lifts to the upper floors in the communal areas, but some units do have lifts internally. The building is listed. Kind regards
