This park is only small but appeared quite popular.when i visited.As i first entered i saw the bandstand in the centre of the footpaths.

Was just walking through initially but spent time there wandering around admiring the well kept gardens. Pleased to see the CCTV cameras there I do hope they're working as you feel safer, did come across some undesirables but they didn't harass me.
A recent visit to the park coincided with the Offa Carnival. Now that was a pleasant surprise! All manner of attractions for children and grown-ups.

My granddaughters school is right beside this park so made sense for them to hold sports day there.Lovely park not massive by no means but it's really nice.It has gardens,tennis courts dogs are allowed but have to be on leads there is also several bins...More
Wrexham's central park, excellent park for a wonder and a walk for a bit of exercise after a meal. Good park with tennis bandstand and children's play areas, you can easily lose a couple of hours here.
I don't think you could make a day of it in this park but it's definitely worth stopping of at for a few hours. Plenty of things to do like walking, play parks, obstacle course, bandstand, ice cream and tennis courts. Also the trees are...More
