Found the staff to be lovely and helpful at the station, we arrived on the 30th of July, loos were out of order apart from disabled which my wife has a radar key which was ok, only thing is think they need an extra carriage...More

Convenient and well kept station. A daily direct train to London is good, wish there was at least another one and a direct return from London.

Nicely kept station with helpful staff and clean platforms. Its only drawback is the car park which invariably is full

Station has improved so much and is now clean and tidy with plenty of comfortable places to sit and information boards.

Wrexham General is the busier of Wrexham's two railway stations with a daily direct service to and from London and more regular direct services to Cardiff and Birmingham. If you want to go elsewhere you're likely to have to change at either Chester or Shrewsbury....More
