The stables are along a fantastically winding Welsh mountain road, easily accessible from the main road, unless your satnav has a sense of humour and takes you on a massive loop through what is apparently a rally stage . Still easy enough to find.

Took my relatively experienced 12 yr old for a one hour ride. She had a great time with friendly companion Winnie from the stables. Meanwhile i had a walk around the beautiful valley, ending up at small national trust place tyr mawr. Win win!
Location of the stables is beautiful and the lady that took the group out was lovely. Our only disappointment was that there was mixed ability of riders (total beginners to those that could ride) which meant we only got 3 small cantor's on an hour...More
