It's super easy to get the ferry from Holyhead to Dublin - me and my husband did a day trip and had an absolutely fantastic time. Ferry has lots of things to keep you entertained (arcade, shops and cafes and cinema etc). Definitely recommend.

Great 36hrs trip from Dublin to Holyhead. Clean ferry. Very friendly crew. Rubbish nasty fried food onboard. DONT buy Stena Plus lounge, its crowded and small. In Holyhead make sure you go to South Stack to view the scenery.

If it wasn’t for that it would be great. But that took too long, too many stages. Needs a re-think somehow. Once you are on the boat it is great. Cinema showing kids films, childrens supervised activities and play areas. Food isn’t great, overpriced and...More

I travelled to Holyhead from Dublin on the 3 o’clock sailing, unfortunately the trip was spoiled by the behaviour of the crew member who guided us onto the car deck. For no reason he started shouting at us and was very rude because as premium...More

Not totally sure but certainly need warning triangle, headlight reflectors. Not sure about fire extinguisher. Check on internet for details. Certainly think you still need to carry a breathalyser kit in France.
