They have the bird cameras coming to it so you don't have to bring your own telescope although I'll bet the telescopes are more powerful. It would be a good place on a brisk day.

Run by the RSPB great views of the cliffs and lighthouse below. Live CCTV of Puffins on the day we went and helpful RSPB staff on hand to explain the best place to see certain birds.

Visited on a overcast day just as it closed, you can use their binoculars and CCTV to see the birds nesting on the nearby clifftops. Possibility of seeing seals in the cove below. Lots of local walks, fantastic scenery, well worth a day for looking...More

A very well set up centre to view the birds on the cliffs and any wildlife out to sea. Spotting scopes, binoculars being provided and knowledgeable staff all make the experience better. A great part of the visit to South Stack reserve.

I would have thought so as there are no live birds inside. it's mainly a Viewing point. the car park is close by to leave dog in if necessary. not seen signs to contrary.
