Love the Big Comfy Bookshop, its relaxed atmosphere, massive collection of 2nd hand books, delicious cakes - I can highly recommend the Guinness cake and now a tasty lunch menu!

I could spend hours in this shop. It's so relaxed, with friendly staff. A good selection of mainly secondhand books and they also serve food, cakes and drinks. The staff are always friendly. They also have a book club and evenings of poetry and music....More

We love the Big Comfy Bookshop, and have enjoyed many afternoons drinking tea, coffee, and wine. There are shelves of books to browse through, and a great selection of evening events, including the Folk Club, which are all highly recommended!

Lovely, cosy bookshop which is also a venue for music. Drinks from tea to wine on sale, reasonably priced. Also cake! Really friendly staff. Great chillout spot.
