Off the beaten track by about 1 mile and a half. Outside the city centre and you would have to.really know the city to.know how to get here. Not well.advertised within the city. centre Lovely old place once your there.

Recently taken over by a trust after many years of neglect .Some restoration has already been done and much more is planned when a Heritage grant is received.The medieval wall paintings are unique and well worth a visit .Only open on a few public viewing...More

The old priory is in good condition unlike the city's Greyfriars monastery which exists only in a park name now. Hidden almost under the ring road at the top of Gulson Road worth taking time out to visit

We have been to the Charterhouse on several times. It is interesting place for all any age. There is easy parking and land surrounding the building on a Sunny day it is lovely

This wonderful historical building is undergoing restoration so it is good to see the progress being made .Well done to everyone who has been involved .
