The place is really nice, there are lots of things you can do, the location has a great ambiance, lots of restaurant to choose and lots of shops to visit.

Location for up market shops and very expensive parking. Area suffers from on-going regeneration development work all around.

The Mailbox is in a great location near the canals of Birmingham City Centre. It is a great shopping centre, with a good choice of shops and restaurants.

Went here to kill time and was surprised to see how quiet it was. The Mailbox has a wide selection of shops and is very good if you are looking for a quiet afternoon. Good experience.
