Rather imposing building but well signed so you don’t get lost. Lots to see and do in this area. Good police presence day and night.

Having only 15 minutes between trains, we spent it frantically looking for the right platform and then how to get to it. Being from the US we were unfamiliar with the protocols used for train information. Very stressful.

The new station is a wonderful design, but the throughput is complicated and it is not always easy to find your way to the platform, because of all the retail outlets. I recommend that you use the old corridor which is still present and allows...More

Amazing station, so much more than a transport link, some great shiops and a range of great resturants.

You cannot beat new street! There are regular trains to all over the country. Extremely modern design with lots of great shops and restaurants. You really are spoiled for choice. You could come to Birmingham on the train and never leave the station as there...More

A well secured and reputable Birmingham station, I use the train to commute to work. My only problem with this station is the amount of train delay 24:7. Not only this, but I also feel the virgin train staff can be rude to everyone as...More

They are all next to each other but you will have to go up a level to get over the track to and go down to the next platform. It’s really easy and all sign posted.

Hi, the platform we arrived on had both escalator and stairs but his all depends on where the train stops and which end you want to get out. There are lifts you can use if there are issues.
