Travelled to New Street from Euston and what a contrast between the two stations! New Street is now very modern and also has a good array of shops (including John Lewis) and interesting places to eat. A very pleasant place to pass through.

Well appointed station. Informative and user friendly. A good selection of food and drink cafes and plenty of announcements and information screens.

Most virgin train staff on self service are rude and unhelpful I found.Use to use the virgin app but that was awful in the end, have changed to another app now.

I remember the old version fom 1978-81 from Aston University days. Used 6-times over 10days, to/from London, plus local trips Well designed, well lit, easy to use

Very busy hub to anywhere in England. Very well laid out. Use the train line app to save time. Plenty of places to grab a bite or a snack on the run.

The trains are below ground, the main concourse is on ground level and there are shops and cafes above ground too.
