Have been using this cinema for 3 years since I moved here. Unfortunately whilst the choice of films is fantastic the same cannot be said for the coffee. It's cold! If I wanted an iced coffee I would order one. Do not bother ordering one.

There are usually queues here, sometimes made worse by making you queue at the main counter where people buy drinks and sweets, its a bit inconvenient if you don't want any extras and only got cash, never the less once your in the screen settle...More

Visited tonight with family. A bit of confusion meant that we had to swop screen and it resulted in my daughter leaving her scarf behind. We asked twice but on both occasions the member of staff who checked in lost property said it wasn't there....More

Really good venue, lots of space and plenty of free parking. Much better than a Vue with cheaper pricing. Good quality cinema and sound. Will always choose this place.

Possibly the most comfortable seats we've ever sat in at an event, virtually no one there, how do they make a profit in such lavish conditions, for an extra few bob the best seats at the rear are worth it, great experience. A bit naff...More

I took two children to Empire Cinema, Great Park, Robert during half term. It was busy with a good atmosphere. Plenty of choice of films and really easy to book online. Lots of choice for food and drinks but the queue was slow.
