Popped in here for a quick lunch with my wife - place looks lovely, cheap prices, cannot really comment on the quality of the food as, after an hour and 20 minutes, it still hadn't turned up and our car parking was about to expire....More

A proper old school boozer. Where everybody knows your name. Roaring fires and a Great selection of local ales. Not tried the new menu yet.

Met with friends here for drinks and hot food. Good choices, good prices, good service, good quality and quantity for the price. ONLY criticism is that it's a sports-pub with nonstop coverage on large-screen televisions. BUT would imagine that's great IF you're a sports fan.

A traditional pub with a good selection of beers. Didn't eat here but saw a lot of people that were - which is usually a good sign.

Sunday lunch for £4.95! Meat OK, veggies cooked perfect & a yorkie the size of me head. Plus stuffing & pigs in blankets. Heaven. Staff happy & service excellent, a very good atmosphere & football too. Will definitely be back.
