Great walk up to the tower from the rhododendron wood car park. The hill has great views and for a modest £2 (or free for national trust members) you can get amazing views from the tower.

The tower is right on top of hill, lots of routes to hike arround. Do have to pay £2 to go inside the tower, but u do get great views from up top. Small cafe at base of tower, no facilities.

We only walk up Leith Hill to get the pies ( and the views ofcourse!) Its part of TanHouse, which is a favorite of mine and the kids. Yum.
