Walked with friendsthe circular route from the NP car park up Leith Hill and back down again. Took about 1.5 hours at slow pace with 2 dogs, dodging the showers!

What a sight for cold hands and feet, on a freezing damp feburary. I recommend the hot chocolate and walnut cake, great carbo loading for the next leg

This place is a must so peaceful we had a great walk to the tower though the woods went up the tower very interesting place great views so pretty .

There is a good trail up from the car park , note there are numerous small car par parks in this area , recommend a good pair of boots/ wellies at this time of year as the trek up to the tower is somewhat muddy...More

There are at least two public car parkings around Leith Hill, easy to be found.
