I was given these tickets as a Christmas 2015 present and after 3 cancellations I've still not managed to arrange a trip. Thoroughly annoyed.

I bought a voucher in Jan 2014 for my husbands birthday and booked it, they cancelled it so I rebooked it 6 months later, they canceled it again but extended the expiry date so I can use it whenever I wanted. Today I can't even find their website! I'm guessing they have closed down. I'm so annoyed!

We received 2 vouchers as a present but have been unable to book online. They don't respond to emails and cannot get through to them via telephone. Our vouchers have now expired.

Was given the voucher at Christmas where we booked for February, Received a cancellation email saying they would be open in April but I could email. Telephone is an automated response so you can't speak to anyone. My emails I have sent have not been replied to. Avoid at all cost to avoid disappointment and hours of frustration!

After contacting Activity Superstore, the voucher provider, I was informed that SegKind has ceased trading and gone bust! Bought as a joint Christmas present in 2014. Voucher bought via Activity Superstore and initially booked for summer 2015 for Chester. Cancelled at the last minute via text message. Rebooked early 2016 for Valentines day at the Staffordshire site. Again, cancelled 1 week before with the excuse of awaiting new vehicles and refurbishing the tracks. Can't help but think they must have known that when we booked! Anyway, new bookings where supposed to be being taken from April. Email sent to enquires & rebooking email, all emails bouncing back and phone number goes straight to answer phone! Contacted Activity Superstore who have been most helpful. Now being offered an alternative voucher of my choice to the same value. Very disappointing to say the least.
