It's a great spa but dealing with the reservation team is unpleasant, the attitude to customer service is rubbish. Being told to go away and look at the website doesn't encourage you to book this treat.

Enjoyed the experience, very relaxing. The experience was let down by having to queue for 90mins prior to entry. No obvious way to book a time slot short of paying for a treatment, which we didn't want. Maybe weekdays are less busy.

My husband loves this spa. I like the treatments. I especially recommend the roman trilogy. The pools got tired looking quickly and the pools are over crowded. I find staff other than those giving treatments inflexible and brusque. Those giving treatments are always lovely. It's...More

Honestly would have love this place if it wasn't for the lady working behind the desk Sunday 24th of March at 3pm ish... she was so rude and unfriendly... Really brought down the whole experience... shame.

I wish I could remember just the good things about this place as there are many (the different saunas, the rooftop pool, and the massage therapists). But the one thing that was most consistent was their absolute poor customer service. We stopped in Bath on...More

We visited Bath in March and decided to visit the spa on a Saturday night so we could see the lights of Bath from the roof top pool. Reading online that the last entry was at 7 and to expect long queues we arrived at...More

Good for a day out with the girls. Nice an clean, however the ‘perfume’ smell was quite much in the hallways and the steam rooms, which made it hard for me to enjoy the experience. I get the strong bleach smell in the pools, but there was...More

God place for warm relaxing, if you want some treatment/ massages you should book advanced (more than one week), it's very busy specially Friday's evening and weekends. Even to enjoy only the swimming pool and steam room it's a good choice. We have not a...More

It all depends on the weather. We went on a very wet day on a Friday around the same time. For us it was the perfect activity to do on a wet day. However, if you think around 30 people in one pool is crowded than I would... More

I was there on Saturday. Had boots no.7 tan on and it didn't come off and seemed fine. Wouldn't wear make up as you'll melt in the steam room.
