It's a great spa but dealing with the reservation team is unpleasant, the attitude to customer service is rubbish. Being told to go away and look at the website doesn't encourage you to book this treat.
Enjoyed the experience, very relaxing. The experience was let down by having to queue for 90mins prior to entry. No obvious way to book a time slot short of paying for a treatment, which we didn't want. Maybe weekdays are less busy.
