Purpose built, new, indoor Climbing Centre with 12m High Tall Walls, Bouldering, Action Walls, Cafe, Studios and Changing Rooms. Suitable for all ages and experience, perfect for experienced climbers refining skills, beginners, families, corporate events, group bookings and birthday parties.

We had our son’s 10th birthday here. It was great. You have to sort own food so we ordered dominoes. The staff on the climbing walls were fab- so speedy at clipping the lads into each wall they didn’t have to wait at all before being on the next day all. Probably the most chilled party we’ve had! The kids loved it!!

At Hitzone Telford the month of March has been our Face Your Fears month, so we decided to visit this centre and conquer our fear of heights.
We had members aged from 8 to 58, some experienced climbers, some novices and a couple with a real fear of heights. Each and everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The action walls were fun, exciting and challenging even for the experienced tree climber with us.
The guys were very helpful and informative, we felt comfortable and safe with their guidance.
We have all decided it won’t be long before we go back and would definitely recommend a visit to anyone. Kids and adults all loved it!

Took our seven year old twin granddaughters for the first time today and they absolutely loved the experience. It was also good to see how they gained in confidence to climb higher and higher and it was also good for us too as we knew they were in safe hands with Dave who was a patient and caring instructor. We were greeted by Oliver who explained everything carefully and was very very patient with sorting the correct shoes for the girl's and making us a most welcomed cup of coffee.

Visited today with a two friends and the children to use the action walls. My friends had arrived before me. Reception had 2 staff but both doing something on their computers godness knows what. My friend suggested rather than wait any longer I take my granddaughter to get harnassed up and ready as the other kids had already gone through. I did this and no one stopped me or asked if I'd paid nothing, this should be a concern to whoever runs this place. I left her to get sorted came back and stood at the desk waiting for some kind of acknowledgement. Finally a young lad lifted his head I explained she'd gone through and gave the booking information, at no point did he say I shouldn't have done that or apologise for not taking any notice of who is coming in and out. Then I'm asked to complete the waiver which had already been done at the time of booking but ok things happen. We then ordered some hot drinks the wait on these was a bit more than you'd expect for 4 hot drinks when no one else was waiting for anything. It just seemed like there was no urgency to attend to customers at any point during our time there. We later went for more hot drinks the wait was farcical. My granddaughter had a great time despite the waiting around to get on a wall and she would like to go again but as we are just over an hour away and my first impressions of the poor staffing at the main desk it's highly unlikely we will return. If it wasn't for the kids enjoying themselves I'd have left a 1 star. Safeguarding should be paramount in any establishment children are attending yet there seemed to be a distinct lack of care who's walking in and around not to mention who's paid to access the facilities!!

Have been to other climbing wall facilities but this one wins out above the rest in this area. Great facilities, truely lovely instructors that work great with adults and kids.

We arrived easily from Telford and parked with plenty of spaces available. Check in was easy to do and two of the children in the party needed consent forms filling out on the iPads which were straight forward to use.
The kids in the party were then given a safety demo and harnesses secured and off they went. They had the best time, it was ÂŁ15 for the hour each which I thought was fair. It was so quiet they practically had the place to themselves. All equipments and the walls looked in good condition and the kids looked to have plenty of fun. It has all different levels to try and experience and the youngest in the party was 7 and she went up most of the walls with ease. This was her 3rd time.
The cafe upstairs is clean and friendly, it would be nice to have seen more choice of home made snacks and cakes etc as there was not much choice. Maybe we caught them on an extra quiet time. We were there from 4pm. Thoroughly enjoyable for all and we will definitely be back.

We booked the action walls for our two 6 year olds when visiting the area and they absolutely loved it.
Dave the instructor was fantastic with my enthusiastic little one and gave him additional challenges to keep him on track.
They loved the different walls and the skyscrapers in particular.
Will definitely return when in the area.

Climbing The Walls is a fantastic place for children and Adults! Staff are really friendly and helpful.
This place is taking COVID-19 very serious, hand gel was available, Information posters were visible and staff members were wearing face masks/shields and doors were all open making the place very ventilated which made us feel more at ease and safe.
We can’t wait to go again.

Absolutely brilliant- we had never been before, the instructors were not only very knowledgeable but also very encouraging and reassuring, helping all of us overcome our nerves. The experience was exhilarating and we wouldn’t have had such a brilliant time had it not been for the instructors being so skilled, spotting when we were nervous and giving exactly the right amount of reassurance and challenging us to just go for it. We came away feeling really proud of ourselves and having really enjoyed it, we will definitely be back. Amazing!

Really friendly and supportive staff. Two middle aged adults who think they’re fitter than they are and a teen who is much braver than he looks. We had a great experience. Really decent affordable fun. Would highly recommend. We’re definitely going back.

Hello, yes you do, if it’s your first visit to Bouldering or Tall Walls, shoe hire is included in the induction. If not, there is a minimal rental cost of £3
