The lady behind the bar was very rude and should not be working in a customer faced business! As soon as I walked in at 5.20 she asked if we had booked a table.I said we had not and she said all the tables inside were...More
It’s a clean and fresh pub offering entertainment throughout. It is a little expensive but you have good atmosphere, extensive and good menu, good drinks.
A big garden space for all to use and lovely to sit out in, in summer weather.
Was a tad expensive, £10 for a burger and chips but thats the way its going these days. Beer is a little more expensive than normal at about £4 for a decent pint. Staff are generally very attentive although on the night i went it...More

We stopped off for a beer on our way home after work. Service was prompt with a choice of 4 real ales, about 6 cider (bottled) options and a couple of lagers. We did not eat but I could see a lot of tables with...More
We went there as a family today for a second try at the tuns' roast dinner. We were pleasantly surprised when we went a week after the reopening but today was a total disaster. We had to wait 45 min for our roast (pub only...More
My mushroom soup was good, the chicken pieces lying on top of my Mac n cheese were not so good (dry and hard). The Mac n cheese itself was yummy. Spicy salad dressing drowned our side salads and although lots of gravy is good, it's...More
