I'm a regular of about 7 years. It's changed managers, which has influenced food and beer, but has generally always been pretty good. Not any more. New management really has resulted in a decline of exciting beers and, more importantly, poor service.

Great pub with a good range of well kept beers which change regularly. I also like the board which tells you how far away the beers are brewed. Burgers are really good as well served with chips and coleslaw.
Staff are also friendly, thoroughly recommend

Never been here before but decided to give it a try with some friends. The food was good, fresh and hot and the band that was on was good. The place is obviously popular and later in the evening it was busy. Would go again.
In response to the recent review by Barbara. As a regular at the pub quiz on Wednesdays, I can only assume Barbara is a sore loser. The lady in question would be Shaun's wife, who has had a team in the quiz for many years....More
