Lovely walk from the Ferry Boat Inn down to Trent Lock and Stoke Woods. Easy flat walking and great views. You can watch the boats go through the lock and there are benches on route to take a break.

This place is a great place to walk at any time of year. The river bank is well maintained, car parking is easy and it appears to be reasonably accessible for less able people. The wildlife is plentiful, and the locks and weirs spectacular.
