This year's Xmas party was held at the guild hall. Lovely venue. Great facilities for a party. Decorated well. And we had no complaints about the meal. Or indeed anything.

Really worth visiting Northampton Guildhall. Built in the mid-18th century in neo-gothic style. It is free to enter but the main hall is not always open as there are events and functions. Beautiful stained glass windows and interesting courtyard with sculptures of prominent people associated...More

Magnificent architecture, impressive stone carvings and many paintings, coats of arms and other memorabilia recalling hundreds of years of the town's history and its mayors and officials. To get...More

This building is amazing. We walked in off the street hoping for a glimpse and ended up exploring upstairs and down. The inside is opulent and gorgeous reflecting a time when Northampton was cashed up. Really worth a visit. Really nice to see a place...More

On Mondays, the galleries and museums are closed in Northampton. The 19th century Guildhall was the only place open. Worth a look inside, some nice interiors on the ground floor, but it won’t take you long to see this.
