We accessed the walk from our hotel and enjoyed it. Not crowded and easy to get into the city from the riverwalk. Can do a circular walk from the Train Station including a good portion of the river walk.

This was a really lovely way to spend a couple of hours. It had been raining so although it was still a great walk, when the sun came out it was even better. There were beautiful swans and a Go Go hare trail to follow too.

I have done this walk a few times over the years, and it used to be a lovely walk especially the first half. Pulls ferry is fascinating when you think it was used all those centuries ago as a gateway to ferry building materials and...More

Started from our hotel near Carrow Road and took half the time to get to the cathedral and other lovely parts of the city. Tour guide was unenthusiastic, sarcastic and could not be heard. Will try the open top bur next time.

Start the walk from the river side precinct car park. ( Maximum 2 1/2 hours free parking) Then walk either to Carrow bridge or the other way to Foundry bridge. New river side development.

You can park either near the Adam & Eve pub behind the cathedral or you can probably park at the Red LIon pub on Bishopsgate. Hope you can make it there, lovely at the moment with the daffodils out.
