Really lovely building. Easy to navigate both inside and outside the station. Staff in the station and attached shops are really helpful and friendly. Great bus links to the city centre too!!

You turn up and your train is there...normally. Not many seats inside. Travel centre staff are fine although 1 female barrier staff isn't- I'm amazed she is still there after all this time. Spends most of her time on her phone. Good info and OK...More

On a recent visit to Norwich my wife and I traveled to Great Yarmouth by train, the station was clean, tidy and had some good shops too. The train was on time and the announcements very good

That was the greeting many years ago when one arrived at Norwich station! Then the station was like most railway staion, grimy, grubby, bit smelly down at heel. Not a place to linger. Then the line was electrified, the smelly diesel trains went. Now it...More
