Norwich train station is light, airy and clean. Staff are really helpful and guide to the right place. Train to London was also clean and well serviced. Really enjoy travelling from here. Great food and drink outlets on site and there are facilities close by...More

All in all railway stations do leave a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and quality and Norwich is no exception. There are the usual overpriced food stalls, a cafe and a supermarket - so there is some choice. Toilets okay but small....More

Nice outside and clean inside the staff are not to helpful but am used to that would advise not to go near at night as there are a lot of drunk people there especially at the weekends

Traveled if from Sheringham - good and friendly staff at station - many original features of the station remain and worth a visit whether you arrive by train or not
