This sits on top of one of the newer shopping / restaurant areas. It has a restaurant at each end but in between is like a city oasis. Quite nice!

If you're nearby, it's worth checking this out, but don't go out of your way. It's a nice place, but not huge and I felt it needed more variety in terms of plants. The Sky Garden at 20 Fenchurch Street in The City is much...More

We were in the area and as I love plants, we decided to visit the Roof Garden. It’s free to walk around. It’s not huge, but still plenty big enough to be enjoyable. We only saw one other person whilst we were there. There’s a...More

These garden provide what a a good garden should. Peace; tranquility and the smell of growing things. Very well presented and maintained. The only drawback is the slightly uncomfortable feel that comes to some of us when in a privately owned "public" space where you...More

A lovely quite garden in such a busy area. Very nicely done but lacks colour, it needs a few more flowers as it was very green. Worth a visit though.

Just a few minutes' walk from Canary Wharf station, you'll find the gardens which are easily accessible by lift and throughout. Lots of seating and very interesting plants. And open early too for commuters.

Wonderful views of east London, although I had expected the roof garden to be higher. There are alot of taller buildings in the surrounding area. The collection of plants from different parts of the world was interesting. It would have been nice to have had...More

Visited the new Crossrail Terminal building in Canary Wharf to see the roof top gardens. The gardens were nicely done, there was lots of large pieces of abstract art, but (for me) something was lacking – probably atmosphere (or a coffee shop?). May return once...More

15 minutes if you are just walking through, it is just the length of the building, but there are two sides to it. It is free and you can spend as long as you want, there are chairs to sit down.
