We researched this online where it appears to be called George's Bar. On arriving at the hotel nobody had heard of that but they directed us to the Gilbert Scott bar which, apparently, is what it is now called.

We had not visited St Pancras station since it was modernised.
We wanted a drink so popped into the Gilbert Scott for a glass of wine and a non alcoholic cocktail.
The atmosphere was good, nice and relaxing we were not rushed.
