I don't normally bother shopping in Primark as I find their clothes cheap and poorly made, but I thought I'd look at their Harry Potter range whilst I was in London. As soon as I got in the store I had problems, the Harry Potter...More

This is a huge Primark, and it was surprisingly tidy considering its size and how busy it was in December. Great selection of irems. I was disappointed by the Harry Potter part though, the news articles and advertising made out it was a huge area...More

We went into Primark our of curiosity on our trip to London and we were not overly impressed. The store is incredibly messy and reminded us of other cheaper department stores in the USA and back home in Australia. To be fair some of the...More

On a recent trip to Paris and London, my husband and I acquired too many books and clothes. Rather than spending money to send everything back to the States, we wanted to find cheap luggage. A staff member at Liberty recommended Primark and he was...More

This sophisticated and sociable slice of Central
London is a shopper’s paradise, offering the latest
fashions, gadgets, and souvenirs. Fitzrovia is
conveniently located between the major retail
thoroughfares of Regent Street to the west and
Tottenham Court Road to the east, with a handful of
well connected Tube stations dotted around the area
for easy transport. This neighbourhood is a favorite

I am extremely unhappy at the treatment I received at the cashier 6, when I shopped at the Primark at Oxford street on 10th February 2017 at about 5.35pm.Upon paying with a debit card, she asked me for further id confirmation. My question is what are the criteria customers are picked for identity verification? I looked around me, nobody was subjected to the treatment I had.I offered another credit card to show my signature, the cashier declined. She wanted a photo verification. As a foreigner, I offered my country's identification card with my name and photo. She refused. A closer examination will have determined my name and photo. Finally she accepted my initial credit card signature which she declined inintially. I feel humiliated at this experience. I am a woman in the 60's and I am strongly convinced I do not look like someone likely to be involved in any credit card scam. Why am I targeted? Is there any racial biases in your selection of customers for racial verification. I demand an apology immediately failing which I will pursue this matter further.
