Arrived in London and realised the tshirts i packed would be too hot. 1.80 a vest here and life saved. Huge range of clothes not available in Aberdeen, a cafe and personalusr your own tshirts too. Great store.

A dream of Harry Potter fan come true. Harry Potter merchandise for fantastic prices. The only negative thing is that sometimes not all houses are represented.

Clean and tidy! Easy to get around and know where everything is. Help is easy to find if needed. Easy to find the size you need too.

We started our shopping journey heading down Oxford Street and came upon Primark. My teen found some low cost items there. Most of London has stores with expensive clothing compared to the US, but not this one. There were people with bags and bags of...More

I am extremely unhappy at the treatment I received at the cashier 6, when I shopped at the Primark at Oxford street on 10th February 2017 at about 5.35pm.Upon paying with a debit card, she asked me for further id confirmation. My question is what are the criteria customers are picked for identity verification? I looked around me, nobody was subjected to the treatment I had.I offered another credit card to show my signature, the cashier declined. She wanted a photo verification. As a foreigner, I offered my country's identification card with my name and photo. She refused. A closer examination will have determined my name and photo. Finally she accepted my initial credit card signature which she declined inintially. I feel humiliated at this experience. I am a woman in the 60's and I am strongly convinced I do not look like someone likely to be involved in any credit card scam. Why am I targeted? Is there any racial biases in your selection of customers for racial verification. I demand an apology immediately failing which I will pursue this matter further.
