I have reported this to TA and hopefully it will be consolidated in the future. In the meantime, there are not two different churches named St. Margaret at this location. Only one.

St. Margaret's Church is part of Westminster Abbey. It is a beautiful building. Worth a look through quickly if you don't mind the crowds.

I didn't follow a mass there, but I am pretty sure it's Anglican.
