This house is a treasure for our senses. The experience is truly unique, at least I've never been in such a place where things tell a story that looks it will continue in time. In the middle of London, this house with light only from...More

Hi Angelina, we're very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately our last admission is at 3:15pm on Sundays. This also depends on how many visitors we have inside the house. If we are in full capacity before our closing time we might not be able to...More

This is a very interesting experience - it's as if the family has just stepped out for a few minutes and will be back shortly. Tea in the cups, candles lit, boots left laying about. It's worth reading a little about the concept on the...More

This house is extraordinary. It's a combination historical realism combined with artistic intent. I suppose it could be called a sort of 'installation' but that doesn't do it justice. It covers about 2 centuries but is concentrated most on the the French Huguenot silk weaving...More

I had read about this place before coming, so I knew what I was getting into. Its really more like a large art exhibit than a museum. The experience is in studying the way the house has been dressed up, and exploring the tiny details,...More

Totally mad and surreal experience. Worth the trip. Strangely disturbing on a winters night with the only light by candles and nobody allowed to speak.
