This magnificent building is poorly served by the congregation who happen to be using it. The biblebashers here insist that disguise the building, its fine monuments and architecture, behind a series of hideous vanity screens. Even worse served is near by St. Andrew Undershaft, aslo...More

Come for the history but stay for the spiritual input and fellowship among people who care and take ministry seriously. In the heart of the financial district you'll find a spiritual oasis so come and take a while.

Best to visit in the mornings to see this historic church dating back to the 12th century. It was bombed twice by the IRA with extensive damage but has been restored fully and still maintains many original features. Many historic graves, placques, sword stands and...More

I ain't religious but I do appreciate some good architecture and St Helens is a great building surrounded by a backdrop of the gherkin and a more modern London. It is actually hidden off the main street a little bit and sits in front of...More

A small built in the 12th century but was extensively repaired in 1995 after a terrorist bomb in 1992. It is fully in the shadow of the gerkin.

A great service. Thank you. Went to the 10.30 with some good friends and had a very interesting time. The speaker was great. The place was clean and tidy and was ideal. Thank you.

The words 'Hidden Treasure' can easily be applied to this little church. It is one of London's oldest buildings now absolutely dwarfed by the cities newest skyscrapers. It sits in the shadow of the Gherkin and very close to the building site of the Pinnacle....More
