This place is alive so vital, eateries, pubs, hotels, street entertainers, cinemas, casinos and the Christmas market, where else would a country guy or gal go for a change of scene?

It is the real heart of London as you can walk in any direction to all the shows, restaurants and museums. It is always exciting with lots of people and atmosphere.

It all looked very nice with the lights and market. Market was well setup and organized. Not extremely large market but was nice with some good stalls. The lights in the trees was very pretty

Leicester Square was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had a lovely feel to it. The stalls are the same wherever you visit but it’s the hustle and bustle that kept this one alive.

Visited in December to have a look around the Christmas market. It was extremely busy on a Friday evening. Not loads of stalls just a few little ones Lovely atmosphere though. If you want a bigger market head to Hyde park.

Situated right in the middle of Leicester Square they hold a Christmas market during December. Entry is free with plenty of festive related stalls serving Christmas gift ideas, food and drinks also. Recommend a 30 minute visit should suffice.

A beautiful part of London that everyone visits made even nicer by the log cabin styled Xmas markets - nice food, trinkets and plenty of restaurants, theatres, shops makes this square a perfect place for the family to enjoy 😊

Extremely well known but rather disappointing. This square is firmly on the tourist trail but the sense of occasion and excitement accompanying the film premier releases there is usually missing. It is packed with young people and also dubious types and you will be worried...More
