Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Earls Court is my favorite place to stay in London. Not only is it centrally located for easy access to most parts of the city, but it has a nice buzzy vibe- a good mix of tourists and locals so it feels more authentic then more touristy parts of the city. As a solo female traveler I've never felt unsafe- early morning, day, or night. There are loads of amenities in the area- tube station, grocery stores, cafes, pubs, etc, etc-- and more reasonably priced than other parts of the city.

Live staying in Earls Court as it’s a great base to travel across London. Lots of pubs that offer great value meals as well as good selections of drinks. Went to see Peter Gabriel at the O2 and Earls Court Underground has good links to the O2 with only one change at Westminster. Can’t fault the location of the hotel we stayed in and Love the walk across Kensington Gardens into London on a sunny evening

Have stayed in Earls Court twice (December 2019 & January 2020) and have been happy with the location. Earls Court is on the west end of London. Earls Court Station is in between Zone 1 and Zone 2. Earls Court is on the Heathrow/Piccadilly line (blue line) as well as the District line (green line). There are trains running every couple of minutes. Heathrow airport is approximately 45 minutes from Earls Court by train while Piccadilly Circus is approximately 10 minutes.
Earls Court has a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, bakeries and supermarkets to choose from. Earls Court is always full of people. If your looking to stay close to the centre without paying a lot for accommodation then you should look into Earls Court.

When I was young I used to come to Earls Court to go to the Ideal Home Exhibition which was held at the huge exhibition centre. Years later I saw Oasis there but now the exhibition centre has gone and is going to be redeveloped.
The main Tube station in the area is called Earls Court and is served by the Picadilly Line from Heathrow and Hammersmith in the west through Central London to Wood Green and Cockfosters in the North. It is also a focal point for the District Line with trains going to Edgware Road, Upminster, Tower Hill, Wimbledon, Ealing and Richmond. There are also trains to Kensington Olympia at peak times. Olympia has replaced Earls Court as a place for events.
Earls Court is a nice area with lots of nice little shops and is a nice place to take a stroll.

Earl's Court is located next to the more prosperous Kensington.
Here you will find Victorian residential buildings, gardens, hotels, hostels, bustling shopping streets, fast food places, and traditional pubs.
Our hotel Indigo Kensington was located near Earl's Court tube station. So we had easy access from Heathrow with Piccadilly Line.
The hotels are not so expensive as they are in the heart of London but you are still living quite centrally here.

Centrally located. The District and Piccadilly Line go here.
Easy to find the right train.
You can easily get to central places in London.
Stops from Victoria Station on trains to Gatwick.
Many shops around the station.
Only live in Earl's Court now when I'm in London.
When one is out in London, it is easy to return to Earl's Court. Easy to switch from other underground stations.

Earl's Court in the West End is extremely central to all parts of London and an area I've been staying in since 2005. I like the easy connection from the Piccadilly and Central Line Tubes as well being a stop on the direct route to/from Heathrow. There are lots of lively shops and pubs in the area with new chains popping up yearly making it a vital, fun place to stay in and eat. There are also quiet neighborhoods adjacent that make it very ideal. The good ole' standby pub The Troubador is equally at home with Five Guys nearby, giving lots of dining options/areas. We've stayed at great local B&B type properties off Earl's Court Road or Trebovir, within blocks of the Earl's Court Tube stop, shops and eateries. It's my favorite area in all of London!

Despite having visited London several times previously, we had not been to Earl's Court before.
Therefore one day during our most recent stay in the city while heading to another location, we hopped off the tube train at the Earl's Court station to take a quick look.
With the exhibition hall now demolished and replaced by housing, there really is not all that much to see. We walked along what we presumed to be the high street, for a short distance just to check out the shops and get a feel for the area.
It was all pretty ordinary and not very exciting. We did spot several back-packer hostels and a few nice pubs. Other than that, there was not much which caught our interest.
Before long we headed back to the tube station to catch the train to our original destination!

Earl's Court offers a great central place for any trip to London. It is very easy to get to from Heathrow. The Underground station offers you connections to any where in London. There are also small grocery stores and a nice variety of restaurants.

Is there construction going on at the huge Earls Court Project? We are visiting for the first time in November and and sleep in till 9 or so and so want to avoid lots of noise (yes I know we will have usual city noise). Didn't know if the big crane was still there or if the project is stalled or what. Can't find anything current online. We are looking to stay in the area either around Earls Court / Gloucester tube stations or around Barons Court. Thanks!

No construction or noise. Things have been at a standstill. I’m a resident in the area and I have no complaints. Great area, central to everything. 20 mins to Piccadilly by tube, near Heathrow and close to Kings Road, Fulham Road in Chelsea. If you enjoy walking, it is near South Kensington, Hyde Park, the river, etc. Great central location and close to many attractions. It is in Kensington and Chelsea, so you are hardly going to go wrong, coming here.

Grazie
