Been coming here for 2 years now! Fell in love with it! A good little bar and a dance floor on the lower ground with good friends that's all you need! Drinks are cheap too! £1.50 - £5.00 (Y)!

We've visited Candy Bar a few times this summer and some nights were better than others. The bar was quite warm and muggy, most nights we weren't able to find any available seating, and my friends complained that there was a charge to use the...More

Service awful, bar staff so ignorant not friendly at all, wouldn't go back rather go to a boy bar where the staff are actually glad you came in. Really disappointed.

Drinks are cheap, music is good (a mixture of pop, rnb and indie rather than standard "gay" tunes) and people are friendly and not pretentious. Great night out.

The bouncer was rude and only let in women who had a membership. Guess I'm not a card carrying lesbian. But I was disappointed by how unfriendly they were. Its the least friendliness bar in gay town.

The drinks are over priced, the door is way over priced! But worst of all, you have to queue inside the club! To get to where the party is. The soundsystem is terrible and distorted, very fuzzy when they titn the music up. The venue...More

This venue has barely changed compared to what it was before. The pink paint is gone, but by and large the attitudes remain. Some of the staff are wonderful - helpful, inclusive and friendly. Sadly the vast majority (and in particular the door staff -...More
