Just loved this. Can’t speak highly enough of it. Went with my daughter (10) who just loves history and the Royal Family so was ideal for her. I love Diana so especially enjoyed the exhibition of her clothes, was very emotional
We found the staff and guides extremely helpful. The history of the building is really interesting as is the decor and furniture. There was however a lack of information on a number of the exhibits which did not explain who or what the exhibits were....More
We visited Kensington Palace early on a Wednesday morning and the ticket line was very short. Once inside it was not overcrowded at all and we were able to take in each exhibit at our own pace. I really enjoyed the feature on Diana and...More

Hi there, Not sure as it has never happened to us. But if it was me I would get the booking number on line and ask them to change your time for you. If they can’t I fear you will just have to get in the queue with non bookers. Don’t know what day of the week you are planning to go but weekdays are much quicker than weekends.
Hope this helps, good luck.
