Just loved this. Can’t speak highly enough of it. Went with my daughter (10) who just loves history and the Royal Family so was ideal for her. I love Diana so especially enjoyed the exhibition of her clothes, was very emotional

I went July 2018 at 3 pm, and the queue was very short (maybe 10 couples or families). There are fans but no air conditioning, so keep that in mind with this year's heat wave.
