2hrs entertainment in all. Some wax works arent true to form. The 4d experience is ok for younger kids. What must be improved is the queuing system and there should be rules inside in rgds to pics. People had no etiquette at all and at...More

Booked tickets online and allocated a time slot. Arrived promptly but the queue was already out of control. People who, like me, had bought a ticket online were put in the same queue as people who were buying tickets on the day. (£35 online as...More

We had not booked our tickets in advance which seemed to be in our favour as the queue to collect pre-booked tickets was enormous. It cost us £70 for 2 people to enter which is more expensive than visiting London Zoo which will entertain you...More

Third time there and I would do it again. Always great changes and new stuff as long as the classic ones you want to see while visiting. Buy tickets online and the entrance will be a piece of cake. The marvel exhibition was marvelloussss

Visited with 3 overseas visitors from India and all in all a very mixed response. The Positives: -Pre-booked tickets worked as bypassed a queue and the entry in groups made sense and worked reasonably well. -The sporting icon waxworks and a few others were really...More
