I had not used this service before but will certainly do so again. It was easy to book with no hidden charges. I received several emails to confirm the booking and let me know the driver had arrived. The driver was professional and got through some awful traffic patiently. We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.

I’ve used the Airports Transfer service many times over the last two years, LHR to the south coast and back on family visits. They have been solid 5 star experiences without exception, with punctual, friendly, efficient, helpful drivers, great timely communications, clean modern vehicles, what more could you ask for? It’s unusual these days to be so reliably impressed by a service provider, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I know that getting into London from Heathrow can be done on the tube, I have done it a few times before - but that was years ago. This trip, travelling with a partner with an anxiety disorder, I decided to just bit the bullet and hire a car. I am SO glad that I did. Airport Transfer was easy to book with, and their service was excellent. They kept in touch with me to let me know that the car was on its way, again when it arrived, the driver then contacted me with exact instructions on where to meet him. It was seamless. Our driver, Eugene, was extremely professional and a pleasure to talk to on the trip. I made sure to request him for our return from the hotel back to the airport. Would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants a more relaxed way to get from the airport to their destination.

I booked it less than 24 hours before I need the service. No problem at all. I thought I was going to pay cash, but last minute I changed it to credit card...no problem at all. Driver even texted me early asking if we wanted him to pick us up early because of delays because of the rain. Great service to the airport. On time; safe; helped with luggage; all of it. No reason to look at other options.

We booked a return journey to Gatwick South Terminal and was updated every step of the way via text messages and calls. Both drivers were professional and courteous providing clean and spacious transport. We had to change our original pick up time on the the way to the airport as the M25 was partially closed but this was not a problem and the driver got us there is good time. On the way back our flight was delayed agai and luggage took a long time to come out, again, not a problem . The driver called to let us know he had arrived and was parking and would wait for us living clear direction of where he would be standing with the board. I told him there was no rush as we were awaiting luggage but he said that was ok. I definitely recommend this company and have booked again for a trip at the end of August. Not only were they cheaper but 100% reliable. They offered various payment methods including cash on the day!

We have used this company about a dozen times for various trips to and from Heathrow and they have always been punctual and professional. They are especially good at providing information and updates on the status and contact details of the driver. Sometimes emailing them is not ideal (especially across different time zones) but they do monitor arrival times and handle any issues by phone or text. They are the only taxi company that has never let us down.
