If you want to discover Irish history with a beautiful backdrop - Dublin castle is perfect. The tour was amazing and so worthwhile.

Fantastic range of music at a proper old school, music venue with the character to bring the best out of the artist and audience. This is where Madness got started and on the right night you may just see an emerging star act. The pub...More

Along with The Hope and Anchor pub in Islington, where a new band in 1980 by the name of U2 played to nine people, so the legend goes, The Dublin Castle on Camden Parkway might have one of the smallest stages, but it is one...More

Great proper pub that Madness played in when they first started. A tiny 150 capacity but they have had great punk related gigs including Spizz and Sylvain Sylvain. Drinks were £5 a pint.

I lived in Camden for about 9 months, and would regularly go into the Dublin Castle on a Friday/Saturday. It's a great bar, with reasonably priced drinks and a good atmosphere. The best feature is the live music area at the back. There are always...More

I’d not been here for years but little seemed to have changed. It was busy with small and large groups, eating, drinking, smoking (yes, how refreshing), and just hanging out. Finding table space can be difficult but a table number is needed when ordering food....More

Apparently this was a private gig, but I seemed to wander in with ease and got my wrist band. No idea who was on first, but a sweet little trio doing a few numbers, and it seemed probably their first gig, but she did ok....More

Went there for a rock gig and I really loved this place. It is a nice traditional English boozer with a fairly big room at the back for bands. Drinks are reasonably priced as well so I will definitely look into doing more gigs there.

We love as huge madness fans this is a must place to visit . Great atmosphere and lots of memorabilia on the wall of Madness and also a Juke box to select your songs. We stop off here every time we visit Camden.
