What was the HSBC is now a spacious bar with reasonably priced drinks. We visited on a Saturday lunch time and it was fairly quiet, catering for those wanting to watch the football.

Great choice of whisky and an expanding collection of gin. Only thing I would gripe about was a lackluster Sunday roast during a previous visit and the Irish barman who kept swearing.

Went on a Thursday night for a quiet drink. Very good prices and lovely atmosphere in general. Staff behind the bar were also very lovely. Can’t fault the place.
