Stayed at a budget hotel here. Loads of food and drink venues around the dock, hop on hop off buses for sight seeing, Tate gallery, slavery museum, maritime museum, beetles story are all on your door step. It's a short walk to loads more amenities...More

The Albert docks will always offer something of cultural interest if you are done with shopping in Liverpool 1 . There are mostly touristy shops selling souvenirs and sweets but on a clear day it’s a pleasant walk around the water and you’re minutes away...More

Great day out whatever the time of year or weather. Had an inexpensive lunch at the Tate and a coffee outside watching the world go by.Also very pretty at night with all the lights.
