Our Beatles tour went past this cathedral and we hoped we'd be able to return but ran out of time. Absolutely immense footprint. Another place to add to our next visit to Liverpool!

Stunningly beautiful church. We were there during a service and the choir was wonderful. Second largest Catholic Church in England. Huge vaulted ceilings. Massive stained glass. We’re here on a Beatle vacation, but so glad we walked up from city centre to see this.

Spectacular building with a wonderful interior. The ladies chapel is outstanding. The cafe/restaurant serves good food in large quantities. I was surprised at the size of the welsh rabbits. Free entry but donations are very welcomed.

Words really can't describe how amazing the cathedral is, it's humbling, spectacular and beautiful. The history is brilliant, plenty of information on display as you make your way around. The longer you take, the more you'll appreciate this wonderful place.

I have only seen guide dogs. If you contact Liverpool City Council hopefully they will be able to give you the correct information as to whether dogs would be permitted to enter the Cathedral or contact the Cathedral tours... More
