Having walked past the pub every day, we finally tried it today. Wow, what have we been missing out on. We had an amazing three course meal. We had the scotch egg and chorizo arancini for starters and the roast pork and lamb for main....More

I was at the Black Pig for lunch with 4 potential clients, prime location minutes from the station. I was thoroughly impressed by excellent standard of the food and the quick friendly service that came with it. Also several draughts available including some Belgium beer...More

Our party visited Friday 3rd November in the evening. The poor selection of overpriced drinks and meagre seating was tolerable, but not the bad attitude of the young female bartender; we will never return.

What a great find this was . It was packed with Friday night revellers. Great atmosphere , good service at the bar and dining rooms at the rear. Well worth a visit , watch out for the beastly on the wall above the fire place
