This is just a wonderful local pub. Full of old men on a Saturday night but great choice of beers, good value, lovely friendly service...what more could you want?

Really good duke box with great rock anthems. Really friendly staff, nice beer - very cheap, and garden. This place is not glam but worth a visit for reasonably priced drinks and browsing the music Everly Bros to Black Sabbath.

The Artillery is a not to miss pub . Very friendly staff great range of real ales and the lowest price for Pinot Grigio in Ramsgate. The customers are all friendly characters.. Also an interesting range of Artillery memorabelia.

Went into the artillery for a quick pint, asked for a Strongbow Dark Fruits and was laughed at by the male staff member and told I've come to the wrong place! Disgusting attitude! Unless you know someone who drinks there you won't be made welcome!...More

I have been drinking in here for years now and also worked there for eight years as well. Great real ales and friendly staff. Customers are friendly too.

If you like real ale then this is a great place for you. Locals love it but others are welcomed if not greeted. A decent old school real ale pub.

Love this pub Vintage Homey It's a close and friendly pub without making a new comer feel anything less then totally welcome! Concidering its size the drink selection is very respectable Proper "local" pub Love this place!!!
