Walking around the Cathedral I found this peaceful little garden. Steps up to it limit accessibility but it's a delightful find. Somewhere to sit and meditate with views of the cathedral.

Open to the public and these gardens are maintained by volunteers. Different sections of the gardens are a walled garden and a herb garden. Very pleasant on a summers day.

A very tranquil garden with seating from which to view the cathedral, reflect and contemplate. Seek it out, you won't be disappointing. Then walk under the buttresses to the West entrance of the cathedral.

Have passed this small garden previously and didn't know if it was a private garden. The combination of the brick wall, railings, water and pretty section of garden visible behind is very appealing.

Well worth a visit, a lovely calm tranquil spot, where you can see the flowers bloom, and just take a step back, and chill. Recommended

It's a good place to stand for an excellent side view of the cathedral although currently has quite a lot of scaffolding spoiling the view. It's a small pretty garden with a couple of sitting areas. Not worth the detour be worth it if in...More
