When Let's Play opened on this site a couple of years ago this was a good place to visit for a couple of hours. We visited again just before Christmas to the renamed Factory Of Fun and could not believe the changes made. The Baby Room has now become an amusement arcade with slot machines. Half of the cafe area was covered in sweets and chocolate and very little sign of healthy snacks. The toilets were not in a good condition with seats not firmly attached and the floor was covered in rubbish. I ordered a cappuccino and it was the weakest I've had in a long time, tasted more like warm milk.
The Facebook page said that there would be a Santa's Grotto, Chase from Paw Patrol would be visiting and there would be movies on the big screen none of which happened in the 2 hours we were there. If fact there we under 10 children there the whole time we visited so I think quite a few parents had opted to go elsewhere despite in being at the start of the Christmas holidays.
We were thinking of booking the venue for a party next year and have now decided to go elsewhere.

Probably one of the worst play centres. Very rude man in reception. The place is filthy - and they have the cheek to charge a small fortune for multi-pack chocolate bars.

Poor quality food, bad service, half the menu missing, dirty floor, awful toilets and to top it all off, after discussing it with other parents there, discovering that there was no soap in at least one of the toilets ALL DAY. Several people had complained and we were told, after three hours, that "someone had popped to Sainsbury's to get some". So, if you value your child's health and don't want them off school with a bug/illness, don't go here! Never going back.

Since this place went under new management this place has been going down hill
They got rid of professional staff to bring in “young, full of make up, rude, no customer experience stuff,
How are yours suppose to run a business like this ??
Today I went in, the NEW reception lady was having a full on conversation, laughing (IN POLISH) with her friends while I was stood there with my kids waiting for her to finish so I could finally pay .. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL..
and the same thing happened behind the toll she started talking to her friends laughing out loud in polish ... sorry just not acceptable ...
you are at work ... and in uk ...
Why does the owner not care ???? Why are you not there to see all these problems
No uniform you don’t know who is actually staff
The girls cooking behind the counter (((health hazard)))
No hats - no gloves - no aprons -
Over priced
And please tell me why they have closed the baby room (which was lovely) and they have turned into a CASINO (slot machines )

Sat 15/09 - Took my boys here for a play to get them out of the house for an hour or two. My youngest is 2 1/2 and my eldest being 6 1/2. I've not been here for awhile so I was not expecting to find what I did. Firstly there was 1 member of staff on shift as far as I could see. She was dealing with admissions, food, cleaning, cooking, everything with in the building. She was rude and had limited customer service training as you can tell by her attitude. Whilst my boys where playing I was looking around at the place, shocked is an understatement, so I started to take pictures (which I have attached). This will be reported to the echo and to environmental Health as I believe that the place is unsafe for children to play in. Also whilst I was there the fire alarm was activated, in which the only member of staff ran around the building looking for smoke instead of following any kind of procedure to maintain the safety of the customers. At this point I left with my boys and I will not be returning. Shame really as when it was ran by Letz Play I had my sons bday party here and it was fun, clean, and safe to let the kids play.

today, we spent never ever so bad two hours here,i never saw so rude staff in my life,the whole soft play only 3 no uniform staff（at beginning only two staff),when we came in first 30 minutes,the lady came and very rude to tell us your kids can't play in the middle of playarea(it's a square clear parts) because the staff said we will distory it,but i saw lots kids still jupping there,ok,fine,then i need to talk with my daughter ask her don't play that area,to the end my daughter said she didn't play there,but the lady staff very rude to talk with them already,come on ,they just kids ,if we can't play here,why you design this square and put here,and why other kids can play here but we can't ?ok that's pass,i didn't say anything and then go back to seats talk with my friend,after one hour,one guy came,he said he's the manager here,we don't know why he's very angry with us ,and very rude said if my kids still running like that he will ask me to leave,we all not under why kids can't running in the soft play,is that you want me pay 6 pound for each kids and then just ask them seat on the chair?and then we start talking with that manager,at beginning he said my kids push other kids,i ask him which one ?i can say sorry to their parents,but been told he can't tell me which parents,and then his voice goes up and then said i told you three times already ,i need ask you all to leave now,we still not understand what's happened,we ask him,he even can't give me any reason just ask us to leave. because of angrying we think about leavingwe don't want to spend any minutes in this terrible place,but when we walk to the front of door,another tall and fat guy come out said our kids go to another room play the machine,i ask my daughter did you in that room?she said no i just watching and play the rabbit outside,we all can't calm down and then talk with that fat staff,he's very very rude,and then ask us ****ing to leave here and then never come back again,what's happen to you ,in front of so many kids,you use'****ing'?what's wrong with us,we pay for to play here,but been told my kids can't go to this room,can't paly this area,and can't running ?what kind of sevice to ask customer to leave without any reasonable excuse?is that just because we are foreign personage?if you said yes,you need put one notice in front of door said ‘NO ASIAN'

We will not be going back. The staff are rude, the toilets filthy and the kitchen lacks even basic hygiene. Even my 5 year old was scared to touch anything in the toilet and preferred to use his sisters potty. The only food options are fried or a plain sandwich. Staff did not wash hands before making food. No gloves used. When I asked for a napkin I was told they had none. No reason/excuse or otherwise.

Absolutely filthy centre.
Hasn't seen a feather duster in years.
Place is riot with flies.
Staff treat it as free childcare for their own children with focus on them.
Distinct lack of customer service training! Just rude.
Unsafe broken seating.
Plus I daren't even try to comment on when toilets could have been cleaned...
AVOID FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN!

Can't review this place as they were not open 20 minutes after the advertised opening times. Saw several people standing outside in the rain so decided to go elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting toilet!! my 7 year old refused to use them or Ben to wash her hands in there, reported this to get yes yes they are getting cleaned this evening. Ohh bit late then I’d say!
Confused as to why I pay so much for older children just to sit as there’s not much for them to do, when it’s based for very young children.
Won’t be coming back again to waste money!
