The ruins of the priory are set away from the bustle and have superb interpretation boards with pictures of the ruins superimposed on reconstructions. If only all such sites were explained in the same way. A stunning place.

Quite substantial ruins with really useful boards to highlight what life was like for the monks. You get a feel for how big the priory was. Lovely herb garden too.Great free attraction.

Interesting green space with historic ruins. loads of history and info around. Children's play area out of way on edge of site. Very interesting ruins If visiting Lewes I recommend this site.
Although ruins there are information boards and it is pleasant to walk round. Near to town but very peaceful. A dedicated small priory garden is located here.
*** I spent an enjoyable 2 hours looking around St Pancras Priory, it is a fairly large site with plenty of different architecture, its well worth a visit ***
