Lots of different areas to this park and it was very busy with people of all ages enjoying the sunshine in a variety of ways on the day we visited. Skateboard park was especially busy.

Grim part of town - take a walk and go to the nearby beach or Preston park. Not a safe place, or a clean place.

Really nice, enjoy walking there every time. The park is really clean and tidy with a lot of benches able to sit there, a playground for the kids, toilets, skateboard ground, and really nice for sunny days.

Buzzing park in the heart of Brighton. Always full of skaters and people having a stroll or nice picnic break. Still peaceful in all the chaos.
