Everything about the experience was great - from the prompt and helpful customer service on the website, to the imaginative instructions on how to enter the building, the space given over to the adventure, the staff doing the briefing and leading us through were great - full of energy, engaging, imaginative (thanks Agent Bobbie!). Loved the whole set-up in the waiting room and in the rooms for the adventure. Loved the props and the breadth of tasks. Loved the customer service throughout. Overall, the best escape room we've done (we've done about 10). Very enjoyable experience.

8 of us went today for my daughters 12th birthday. This is my 5th escape room and one of the best. The puzzles were hard enough to make us think and have to work out what to do but not too difficult that we didn't have a clue what to do. Absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend

It was a truly immersive experience from the moment we walk through the door! Agent Bobbie made us feel really comfortable even though it was the first time for 2 of us and we probably count as ancient artefacts ourselves! The setting was really engaging and the quest was complex but fun and rewarding. Agent Bobbies communication was perfect as she let us investigate ourselves but had some hints if we needed it. We were very excited to get out with 40 seconds to spare! Birthday cards at the end were a lovely personal touch. We can’t wait to return for the next game

Good fun to while away an hour or so especially with torrential rain outside. The actual escape does get your brain thinking and the characters help things along. Quite expensive for the amount of time doing it....slightly cheaper gets you 5 stars.

Hands down the best escape room I've done! Very interesting and unique puzzles - all of us had great fun. Lots of twists and turns, and really hi-tech! Can't wait to go back, would definately recommend.

Just brilliant! First ever experience in an escape room and we loved it! Don’t want to give away too much but we had help when needed and left to work it out for the rest..a totally random idea for my birthday and would now highly recommend to anyone.. an absolute must visit!!!

Having done around 50 escape rooms with my wife, this is probably in my top 10 experiences. It's so much better when it is not just one of the chains they have now. Even the waiting area and set up was excellent with lots of handmade memorabilia to peruse! It was a busy hour with a good range of puzzles and everything is automated so you feel like you are in charge of progressing. The quality of the builds and the steampunk aesthetic make it very immersive. David was a great host and it was nice to chat to him after about the new room coming up. We will definitely be back!

Me and my family went after my sister's graduation, just as something to do in the evening. It is honestly one of the best escape rooms I have ever done. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and ensured that we all felt comfortable before entering. Dan was amazing, he had a great sense of humour and ensured the more nervous amongst us felt okay before entering. The props were fantastic and the room was so well designed. Hints were only given as needed when we got really stuck, but otherwise we were left to our own devices to figure it all out. I can truthfully say that when they open up their second room, I will 100% be going to continue the adventure. I recommend this to anyone who is in the area and wants something fun, but different to do.

Had an amazing afternoon at MARVO! Big thank you to David who made the experience extra special and immersive! The escape room puzzles were the right balance of not too easy but not ridiculously hard, it’s a fun challenge with lots to do! Really enjoyed it and can’t wait to come back next year for part 2!

Four of us did the Marvo Escape Room and it was incredible. I have done a few but this one blew me away. Loved the back story and concept. From the moment you arrive you are immersed in a fantastic adventure. The staff give great characterisation from the open adding to the overall experience. The room itself was excellent, really well thought out puzzles presented with high quality and care. I cannot recommend this enough, worth every penny and the best I have experienced.
