Have been coming to totnes market for a number of years now. It is worth a look but it used to be far better. There are some nice food stools and quirky gifts. Mostly junk the other side of the under cover bit but expensive!...More

After a few years away, my wife and I recently visited Totnes. We were really looking forward to our visit, as we had heard how hard the town is working at trying to be green, and eco-friendly. It was disappointing to see that there were...More

Totnes is a small city and it has a small market. You can find here old stuff and new, antiques, clothes, hats, fruit and more. Just off the main street of the old city.

Totnes on a Friday - market day! Always lovely local and artisan produce - cheese bread, cakes, meat and fish - alongside hemp products, new and vintage clothing, handmade and second-hand furniture, jewellery and bric-a-brac. Fridays in Totnes are always a good place to be!

Plenty of atmosphere, and quite a good range of "stalls" I think the best ones are local people selling good quality " local " produce,as with many markets there is a few units selling old or tatty clothes
