Thank you so much, Andrew...believe it or not there are supposed to be Mandarin Ducks in that pond but sadly they seem to be very shy and we'll have to rethink that exhibit for next season! Really happy that you enjoyed your time with us,...More

The cafe next to the Rare Breeds Farm provides good, serviceable fare - teas, coffees, baked spuds, quiche - that sort of thing - nicely served up, enjoyable although not different from similar food elsewhere. What is different, of course, is the location. What could...More

Thank you so much for your visit and kind words. If you wish to visit us again in the future, I recommend parking at the Pavillion Leisure Center carp park as you can pay for as long as you want which may be cheaper?

Our grandchildren loved the whole experience. Would have been nice to see some staff about. Unfortunately there were a couple of unpleasant children there chasing ducks, despite notices advising not to but there were no staff around to sort this out. It got so bad...More

A nice little farm with a range of goats, pigs, squirrels, owls, etc. The children enjoyed petting the guinea pigs and there is a nice little cafe next to the steam train railway.

Hello, we are purely animal based and so do not have a play park, so while we hope your child will love the animals, it may be a bit easier to persuade them to leave :) We hope to see you soon.
